About us
Creand Securities Panamá, S.A. is an entity incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama, by Public Deed No. XXXXX, dated XX XXXX 2025. It is regulated by the Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama, operating under a brokerage licence by virtue of CNV No. 236-09 on 22 July 2009.
Looking back at our history, Creand Securities Panamá, S.A. continues the services previously offered by Crèdit Andorrà Panamá Securities, S.A., through which we carried out our first brokerage operation on 27 August 2009. In 2012, the company was merged by absorption into Banco Crèdit Andorrà (Panamá), S.A.
Creand Securities Panamá, S.A. is owned by Crèdit Andorrà Panamá Holding, S.A., which in turn is owned by Crèdit Andorrà, S.A., a company incorporated in the Principality of Andorra.
